Abstract

[Objective] To observe the efficacy and safety of the recurrence renal calculus with a history of open nehprolithotomy treated with mini percutaneous nephrolithotomy. [Method] We retrospectively analyse 87 patients with recurrence renal calculus with a history of open nehprolithotomy from October 2004 to October 2005, 36 solitary pelvis calculus, 4 inferior-calyces,31 renal multiple stone, 16 renal staghorn calculus, 65 monolateral, 12 bilateral .All patients are treated with mini percutaneous nephrolithotomy. [Result] Average stay was 10 days. The operative time was (2±0.98) hours, the stone removal rate 87.5%, the blood transfuse rate 3/87. [Conclusion] The recurrence renal calculus with a history of open nehprolithotomy treated with mini percutaneous nephrolithotomy is effective and safe, and can repeated
