Abstract
Since the startup of the 1 mt/a ethylene plant in Sinopec Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company in 2010, the gas resources have been constantly optimized to reduce the dependency on naphtha and improve the competitiveness of the company. This paper focuses on the ideas of comprehensive utilization of the company's refinery gas resources after refining-chemical integration. The results show that the ethylene feedstock has become better and lighter and the yield of propylene and ethylene exceeded 49%.
