Abstract

Culture is the materialized spirit.Scientific development concept to guide the education and teaching activities is needed in the creation of school culture.Besides,to make it come true,high-quality leadership,teachers-carefully nurturing,and the overall development of all students oriented are necessary.We should also respect the students' human dignity and their value,educate them in the educational process.Only through the whole process of educating,can we achieve this aim.
