Abstract

In human the male sex determination switch is controlled by a single gene on the Y chromosome SRY.Apart from SRY,other genes, such as Sox gene family,AMH,SF1,DAX1 also take part in sex determination. This article tend to summarize the progress in research on human sex determination genes and relationship between human sex determination genes and sex differentiation.
