Abstract

Offense related to booties,whose social harm is not underestimated,is slightly natured and always has close bearing with property offense and economic offense in judicial practice.Its object is the normal activities of judicial organs,and its subjectivity is intention.Meanwhile,its subject is general one.To strengthen the punishment of such an offense can effectively contain property offense,economic offense,drug offense,and so on.
