On costs management of architectural construction fields

Abstract
Taking the programming department of some architectural company as an example,the paper explores how to realize the field costs management from the arousing of the economic ideology of the whole staff,the materials management and usage,the manly costs control and the mechanical management and usage to realize the management with whole staff,the whole direction and the whole process,so as to improve the economic effect of the projects.
