Abstract
Combining with some architectural enterprises,the paper analyzes the problems in the costs management of the company,points out the methods for improving the costs management of the construction programs in a practical way,so as to ensure the construction enterprises to achieve the maximal economic benefits and has the meaning for the realistic direction.
