Abstract

This paper is to study optimization extraction of polysaccharide from Phellinus linteus using sonication and compound enzyme hydrolysis method. Firstly, we optimized the ratio of stuff and fluid, extraction time, power by the orthogonal design in sonication process. Following this, the effect of concentration, treating time of cellulose and papain on extraction yield of polysaccharide was studied respectively. The result show that the op-timization condition is Phellinus linteus: water ( 1:20, w:v), ultrasonic (400 W,20 min), cellulose(0.8 %, pH 5.5, 45 ℃,60 min), papain(2 %, pH 5.5,50 ℃,120 min). Compared with the traditional water extraction method, the ultrasonic + compound enzyme extraction method can improve the polysaccharide yield, which can be used in industrial process of Phellinus linteus polysaccharide.
