Abstract
Objective To understand the epidemics of tuberculosis in Shijiazhuang and provide basis for formulating tuberculosis control measure.Method Analyze the epidemics of tuberculosis from 2005 to 2011 by descriptive epidemiological method. Results ① There were 39 621 new cases of active tuberculosis from 2005 to 2011,among which,23 314 cases were new smear positive tuberculosis. The incidence of new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis reduced from 36.17/100 000 in 2005 to 29.63/100 000 in 2011,with a decreasing trend.② The ratio of new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis diagnosed by non-tuberculosis control agency increased from 14.43% in 2005 to 49.05% in 2011.③ The ratio between male and female of new active pulmonary tuberculosis was between 2.31∶ 1 and 3.78∶ 1.The ratio between male and female of new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis was between 2.27∶ 1 and 2.62∶ 1.④ Women between 15 and 24 years old had a higher incidence rate, and men between 55 and 64 years old had a higher incidence rate.⑤ On seeing the vocational distribution, the top three professions with the most new active pulmonary tuberculosis were farmer, student and workers. Conclusions We should adopt various propaganda ways, increase the funds of TB control in rural areas, pay attention to the popularization of TB control knowledge in school,so as to reach the propaganda effect, and reduce the incidence of tuberculosis.
