Vocabulary acquisition is one of the main task of language learning.While the quality of word knowledge has much to do with vocabulary learning strategies.In teaching college English vocabulary,teachers,taking the guiding role, should help the students to grasp various vocabulary learning strategies based on the knowledge of Phonetics,Lexicology, and to exert fully of their imagination,improve the ability of language learning.
