Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effects of the treatment for vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC) by iodophor vaginal washing.Methods 200 women suffering from VVC in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.100 cases in the observation group were swabbed vagina with iodophors and inserted miconazole suppository.The other 100 cases in the control group were only given inserted miconazole suppository into vagina.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 99%,and the total efficiency of the control group was 93%.The clinical effects of the two groups had significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion Iodophor vaginal washing is an effective treatment to VVC.
