Abstract

The Pro/Engineer makes all the functional modules on a unified data structure, and provides the full association among all projects.So it truly realized CAD/CAE/CAM integration of organic. For the complex of worm tooth surface shape, with powerful function of the Pro/E, relationship equations can be used to establish the precise involute to guarantee the accuracy of profile. Meanwhile the Pro/E's auto-matic update function facilitates the parameters for future modification and optimization, and makes concurrent engineering possible.
