The expression of CXC receptor 4 and its role in human oral squamous cell carcinoma

Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression of CXC receptor(CXCR) 4 and its role in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC). Methods SP immunohistochemical method was used to detected the expression of CXCR4 in OSCC. Results There were positive correlations between the expression of CXCR4 and the differentiation,TNM classification,lymph node metastasis of tumor. Conclusion CXCR4 may play a key role in the emergence and development of OSCC.
