Abstract
Marxism has the characteristics of keeping pace with the times.To inherit and develop Marx-ism has to persist in and make the brilliant of the theoretical characteristics that Marxism keep pace with the times,to treat Marxism with scientific attitude,to research on new situations,to create new theory,to guide new practice,and solve the new questions,so as to press ahead the socialist cause with Chinese characteris-tics constantly.
