Abstract
Keeping Pace with Times has enriched and developed the ideological lines of the Sixteenth Party Congress. Getting a clear understanding of the trend and the basic feature of times development is the basic requirement. Bringing forth new ideas in theory is its direct goal, and putting things into practice is its soul.
