Effects of furosemide combined with dopaine by miorionfusion pump on refratory heart failure

Abstract
Objective To detect the effect and safety of furosemide combined with dopaine by miorionfusion pump on treatment of refratory heart failure,and the effect on level of plasma NT-proBNP.Methods One hundred patients with refratory heart failure were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.The control group was treated with normal treatment.And treantment group was treated with furosemide and dopaine additionally based on the normal treatment.The treatment last 10 days.Comparison was done between the two groups,as the evaluation of improvement of heart function,improvement of signs of heart failure,the change of left ventricular ejecdtion fraction(LVEF) and left ventricular diastolic diameter(LVDd) by ultrasonography of heart as evalution index,6MWT was measured,and the level of plasma NT-proBNP was measured before and after treatment in each group.Results The total effective rate(90%),total responsive rate(72%) and LVEF in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group after treatment(P0.05).6MWT was significantly longer in treatment group.And the plasma NT-proBNP level was significantly lower than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Effect of combination of furosemide,dopaine in treatment of refratory heart failure is significant.Plasma NT-proBNP level has considerably high sensibility in evaluating treatment effect of heart failure.
