Along with the increasing popularity of electronic information technology,strengthening the application of electronic information technology in archives management is the inevitable course for realizing the scientific development of archival work.This paper introduces the concepts and main features of electronic files,expounds the differences between electronic files management and traditional archives management,probes into the advantages of adopting electronic information technology in enterprise's archives management,and connecting with the present situation of enterprise's archives management,puts forward some problems in need of immediate solutions in archives management in electronic Information era.
