On the Similarity and Difference between the Electronic Archives and Traditional Archives Management

At present,with the continuous development of China's information technology and progress of the society,it puts forward new requirements for the archives management of enterprises in China. And the electronic archives that conform to the objective needs of the development of the information society is also the inevitable choice to integrate into modern society.Therefore,the author carries on the analysis from the management of the electronic archives and traditional archives of the common and differences by analysis of advantages and disadvantages between the two,with the hope to be able to better strengthen the archives management work in an orderly manner.
