Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the performance of SQA-V full automatic sperm quality analyzer. Methods:Analysis the results of 80 semen samples with SQA-Vautomatic sperm quality analyzer, compared with the traditional manual method. Results: There is no significant difference between the two methods on results of sperm density, sperm motility rate and(A + B) level of sperm motility(P 0.05).Conclusion: There is satisfied agreement on key parameters of result between SQA-V full automatic sperm quality analyzer and computer-aided semen analysis system Specimen. The SQA-V automatic sperm quality analyzer can replace manual semen as a routine screening method.
