Abstract

Methods of quality management system is based on systems engineering and systems theory, and its most fundamental requirement is that the quality management is a system and the quality is regarded as system problem.This method can be applied to not only quality management in the organization but also other management organizations, and even can be applied to other conscious activities.With considerable universality, this method can be promoted to other managements.
