Abstract
Quality problem is the focus in modern enterprise and society. In order to make use of quality information more effectively, the thought of modularize customization and dynamic management is presented aiming at the deficiency of current Quality Information Management System (QIMS), and the framework of Universal Quality Information Management System is set up. An expatiation is made on characteristic, design goal, function structure and components of the system. With flexibility and changeability as its characteristics, the system can satisfy the requirement of individual quality management, and application functions of the system can be redesigned based on managing instance of enterprises. Dynamic management and control are realized; the value in use of quality information can be enhanced and competitiveness of enterprises can be improved by the system.
