Abstract

The migrant workers' will for staying in the city and its influencing factors were analyzed by a questionnaire survey based on 120 migrant workers in Zhengzhou City.The results showed that: migrant workers' will for staying in the city showed a significant generational differences,the second generation of migrant workers is stronger than the first generation of migrant workers;income and migrant workers will stay in the city showed a positive correlation,the level of wealth accumulation became the important factor of migrant workers staying in the city;The home state economy and natural level and the employee city of economic development still affect the push-pull function for migrant workers staying in the city.
