Abstract
The migrant workers′ will for staying in city is analyzed by Logistic binary choice model based on the survey of 256 migrant workers in Heze City.The results show that 76.9 percent of migrant workers have the will for staying in city.Factors which have significant influence to migrant workers′ will for staying in the city include the capability of integrating them into urban life,the physical condition of parents,children′ living conditions,working time each year,the feelings of the community′s concern,the monthly income level,the difficulty of finding a job in city.The relevant policy recommendations are proposed.
