The present features and countermeasure analysis of rural land circulation actualities

With the development of economic structure reform,the content of rural land authority has become richer,the measures and scope of the rural land exchange have been raised.But most of the present rural land circulation isstill in a state of spontaneous and disorder,will impede the rural land movements from proceeding scientifically,reasonably and orderly.Based on the investigation of the Taojiang County Rural Land Survey,this paper analysis the current rural land circulation status,existing problems and puts forward countermeasure.
