Abstract
The circulation of rural land is not only the land problem and the problem of agriculture,but also a social problem,economic problems and political issues.In the current market economy The issues,such as how to make full use of rural land resources,give full play to the role of idle land,ensure farmland does not decrease at the same time,ensure the need of construction land,advance land to be on the move smoothly,should be solved urgently.This article aims to investigate,study and analyze the circulation of rural land in Bijie Area of Guizhou province,and tries to find out problems of the current rural land in the process of management rights transfer,and offer constructive countermeasures.
