Abstract

The cDNA encoding mouse insulin-like growth factor binding protein-7(mIGFBP-7)was amplified from the plasmid pRSET/mIGFBP-7 by PCR,and inserted into plasmid pcDNA3.1/HisB,construct an eukaryotic expression plasmid pcDNA3.1/mIGFBP-7,which contain mIGFBP-7.The recombinant plasmid were identified by sequencing,lays the foundation for further studying.
