Abstract

The effects of Fructooligosaccharide(FOS),Glucooligosaccharide(GOS) and Mannanoligosaccharide(MOS) on diarrhea control and performance of weanling pigs were studied. 48 thirty five day old Duroc×landrace weanling pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups.FOS group,GOS group and MOS group were supplemented FOS,GOS and MOS 3 g,2 g and 3 g per diet respectively.In the course of the experiment for 28 days,weanling pigs were observed;feed intake and body weight per weanling pig were recorded;serm and the whole blood of pigs were collected to be analyzed.The final results showed as below:In group FOS,GOS and MOS, the diarrhea frequency of weanling pigs decreased by percent 66,25 and 54 respectively.The FOS,GOS and MOS had apparent(P0 05) or significant effect(P0 01) on activities of SOD and GSH Px in sermn of pigs.Three oligosaccharides had apparent or significant effect on the number of T lymphocyte(CD 3) and IgG content in peripheral blood.Daily gain of piglets and feed conversion efficency increased in treatment groups.
