Abstract

A project overall contract of a construction project is a organized implementation mode of the project management.The EPC project overall contract with high speed and low cost to construct the large industrial projects and high-rise buildings becomes a most wide applied overall contract mode in the project constructions in the world.Taking the EPC overall contract mode of the polyformaldehyde main facilities engineering project with the annual production of 40,000t in Kaifeng Longyu as example,the paper introduced the innovation operations in the project design,purchase and construction management.The paper studied the advantages and the development proposals of the EPC overall contract mode.
