Abstract

With a brief description on the concept of EPC general contract and efficient advantage of implementing EPC,this article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of general contract of international power station EPC project,expounds the main difficulties and risks of implementing EPC overall contract project,and points out matters needing attention in implementing EPC overall contract management,in order to guide practice.
