Abstract
Objective To evaluate the performance of clinical pharmacy in a tertiary hospital.Methods We retrieved and evaluated published medical literatures concerning the clinical pharmacy practice in foreign countries and China,and compared them with those from a tertiary hospital.Results Clinical pharmacy in China was at its beginning stage,which was confronted with many difficulties and problems.Clinical pharmacists should strengthen their own learning abilities and interpersonal communication capability,and should be accustomed to the dynamic change to the specialized professional demands.Conclusion The development of clinica1 pharmacy reflects the trend of the times.Clinical pharmacists should adapt to this objective and explore on the road of clinical pharmacy development.
