Objective To analysis the mission of hospital clinical pharmacy and think about the strategy of existed problems.Methods Consult many domestic and overseas literatures and make an overall review of the history of the clinical pharmacy in our hospital,then establish the goal and strategy of clinical pharmacy based on the situation.Results Generally speaking,main problems in hospital clinical pharmacy are as follows: the knowledge structure of pharmacists and present medical system are not fit for clinical needs.Conclusion The future of hospital clinical pharmacy is bright as long as pharmacists adjust the knowledge structure and make full use of the interior and exterior advantageous conditions.
