Abstract

Objective To explore the cause and the handle method of nasal adhesion after functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS). Method 224 patients' clinical information completely after FESS were concluded. 21 patients medical cases were filtrated after the operation of nasal adhesion. this group of the medical record compared with that 203 patients who haven't adhesion. Results Among 21 patients with adhesion there were 15 patients who have been adhesive in middle tusbinate and lateral nasnl-wall,6 patients who have been adhesive innasal septum and inferior turbinate. Conclusion Short distance in the operation's trarmata , exchanging the medicine after the operation in no time , handling method of nasal adhesion incorrectly are main chief causes of nasal adhesion.
