Abstract
According to the torque ripple of brushless DC motor is the most outstanding problem,this paper introduces the torque ripple and reduction mechanism.The application of field orientation control(FOC)strategy to reduce the torque ripple of brushless DC motor is put forward,the control strategy and implementation method are given,and the system simulation models are established.The system based on FOC is compared with system based on traditional square wave line voltage modulation method,the simulation results show the control performance of brushless DC motor based on FOC introduced is better,torque ripple is smaller.STM32F103B is used as the control core to design the Brushless DC motor control system test platform based on FOC.The phase current curve is approximate sine wave,speed ripple is small,operation is stable.
