Breach Orientation and Route Choice in Economy and Society Development of Small Outskirts Town——Taking Cuozhen Town as an Example

Based on the analysis of history and realism in Cuozhen Town, the authors take the viewpoint that to realize the ultimate goal of integrating urban and rural areas, we should carry out the five strategies: to implement the distinct function transformation, develop industry, create famous brand, integrate innovation, and coordinate development of both urban and rural areas, set up six security systems, and build five advantage industries, in order to change the market town into the city group, and the inhabitant from farmer to citizen.
