Abstract

Taking the example of Baita town,Xianju county,Zhejiang,it analyses the problems in the planning and building of central town,puts forward suggestions on the scientific promoting of central town building,points out that central town building is a transformation of rural community in residential form in the process of urbanization and also a key to realize the integration of urban and rural areas.
