Mo-zi's Viewpoint of the Rule of Law and Its Modern Value

Rule of was also called ruling in Mo-zi's theory.Ruling regarded law,principle,legal degree as criterion of managing state affairs.the law of ruling is also benevolence law,that is to say,the law of double-affection,the law of just righteousness(justice),the law of God will,the law of following Heaven,the law of moderate effect,the law of argument in which common people take part broadly.Mo-zi's viewpoint of of law set out regularity,norm,prevalent validity,coerce,justice,equality of law of rule of law.Consequently,the rule of which Mo-zi put forward was not only indicating that Mo-zi was first thinker who claimed rule of law,but also could be the native resource of of because of its possessing modernity.
