Reflection on Sanitary Safety of Drinking Water Stimulated by Water Pollution

According to the statistic and analysis on various water pollution occurred frequently in recent years across the country and the local areas, we find a negative phenomenon in taking precautions against water pollution and protecting water environment—New water pollutions occur when the old ones haven’t been dealt with. What can we learn from the frequent water pollution and how to deal with the environmental difficulties reflected by such pollution in our country? In this article, the author analyzes the crux from two aspects: one is the absence and misplacement of the power of some local governments, another is the unsoundness of the existing laws and regulations and legal system on dealing with water pollution.
