Abstract
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of 99 Tc m-MIBI ECG-gated myocardial perfusion imaging (G-MPI) in left bundle branch block (LBBB) combined coronary artery disease. Methods: Fifty patients with LBBB were chosen in this study and all underwent loading/resting G-MPI, exercise treadmill test (ETT) and echocardiography. The diagnostic accuracy of each non-invasive method were compared. Results: The specificity and accuracy of G-MPI were significantly higher than NG-MPI (P0.05). The sensitivity and accuracy of G-MPI were significantly higher than ETT (P0.05, P0.01). Conclusion: G-MPI had higher accuracy in diagnosing coronary artery disease in patients with LBBB.
