Abstract
To investigate the diagnostic value of 99Tcm-MIBI ECG-gated myocardial perfusion imaging (G-MPI) in left bundle branch block (LBBB), twenty-one patients with LBBB underwent stress/rest G-MPI, ETT and echocardiography. Accuracy of all non-invasive methods was assessed. The specificity and accuracy of G-MPI were significantly higher than NG-MPI (P=0.020). The sensitivity and accuracy of G-MPI were significantly higher than ETT (P=0.030 and P=0.006, respectively). G-MPI had high accuracy in diagnosing CAD in patients with LBBB.
