Abstract
Objective To analyze the suppressive effects of estradiol on liver fibrotic rats, and then to investigate the suppressive effects of estradiol on liver fibrosis and prospect of clinic application. Methods Liver fibrosis was induced in rats by CCL4 administration, and was treated with estradiol. The expression of serum AST、ALT、 HA、CⅣ and hepatic collagen content were studied at the end of the experiment. Results Estradiol treatment suppress serum AST、ALT、 HA、CⅣ and hepatic collagen content(P0.05).Conclusion Estradiol probably suppresses liver fibrotic rats.
