Diagnosis and treatment of diseases involving Taiyang and Yangming in Treatise on Febrile Diseases

Diseases involving Taiyang and Yangming were proposed in Treatise on Febrile Diseases for 3 times. But different physicians had their own opinions on the concept, diagnosis and treatment of them. Combined diseases of Taiyang and Yangming did not simply mean to put the symptoms of both Taiyang and Yangming together but implied syndromes of exogenous febrile disease in Taiyang Channel accompanied with the in pairment symptomes of Yangming Channel. That meant Taiyang was the main aspect of this disease. Attention should be paid to relieve exterior syndrome chiefly and to Yangming simultaneously.
