The article explores the concept,foundation and the condition of the legal faith.It thinks that the foundation of legal faith is fair-just,freedom-human rights,efficiency-the interests,Ensure-relieving.The Objective condition of the legal faith is ceremony,authority and universality.The Subjective condition of the legal faith is faith emotion and faith will.
