Starting with the concept,the essay explores the foundation and the condition of the formation of legal faith.It thinks the foundation of legal faith is fairness-justice,freedom-human rights,efficiency- interests,ensurance-relief.The objective condition of legal faith is ceremony,authority and universality. The subjective condition is faith emotion and faith will.
