Clinical Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Electroacupuncture Plus Moxibustion Combined with Medicine on Ulcerative Colitis

Abstract
Objective:To compare therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture plus moxibustion combined with medicine and medicine on ulcerative colitis.Methods:220 cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups,a treatment group and a control group,110 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with electroacupuncture plus moxibustion combined with medicine and the control group with medicine.Results:After different treatments,the treatment group is significantly superior to the control group in nosography,clinical menifetation,intestinal mucosa representation and pathology classification of interstinal mucosa(P0.05),the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is significantly superior to the control group,so as complete remission rate(P0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group is significantly less than the control group,so as the originating rate of untoward reaction(P0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture plus moxibustion combined with medicine can promote ulcerative colitis' therapeutic effect,improve clinical menifetation and accelerate intestinal mucosa inflammatory cell's recovery.It can effective relax nosography,reduce recurrence and untoward reaction.
