Abstract
Five kinds of microelements in rice from market were determined and analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry which were treated by cineration.The method presented was found to be rapid,precise and accurate.The related confficients were 0.9758~0.9999.The result showed that the content of Fe and Cu were higher,without Pb.The contents of Cu,Fe,Zn,Cd were 4.77~13.18 mg/kg,15.69~182.15 mg/kg,24.05~29.75 mg/kg,and 0~0.42 mg/kg,respectively.The proposed method applied to the analysis of rice was satisfactory.
