Abstract
Microelements(Manganese,iron,zinc,copper,cobalt,magnesium,sodium,potassium,lead,chromium and nickel)in the sugary almond were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS),and the reliability of the method was tested by the standard recovery.The recovery of microelements are in the range of 95.00%—108.26%.The concentration order of microelements in the sugary almond is NaKMgZnFeNiMnCuCoPbCr.It is interesting to note that the concentrations of necessary microelements,Na、K、Mg、Zn、Fe,are higher,but the heavy metal Pb and Cr are lower.
