Change of government function after joining WTO

Government function is base of government management. In past, the change of government function was quite slow, due to the special structure of property right, the administrative mode under planned economy and imperfect legal framework. After joining WTO, economic globalization and rule of WTO will be great challenge to the traditional government function. The influence will be seen in dynamic changes of the relations between central and local government, government and enterprise, government and society, rule and power, service and commend, law and order.
