Abstract
Objective To research sleep quality, anxiety and depression incidence, relevance and impact factor of laryngeal cancer patients after surgery. Methods Uesed SAS,SDS,PSQI to research 74 cases of laryngeal carcinoma patients. Results Sleep disorders rate was 43.24%,anxiety rate was 35.14%,depression rate was 39.19%.Different age, sex, sleep disorders rate difference were statistically significant, differences of anxiety and depression rate of different ages, gender, education level and type of surgery were statistically significant(P 0.05).The anxiety group PSQI each factor score and sleep disorders rate were significantly higher than the non-anxiety group(P 0.05),depression group PSQI each factor score and sleep disorders rate were significantly higher than the non-depressed group(P 0.05).The PSQI with SAS,SDS were positively correlated(P 0.05).Gender,anxiety,and depression were the main factors affecting the quality of sleep;sex, education were the main factors of anxiety;sex, educational level and type of surgery were the main factors of depression(P 0.05).Conclusion Patients with laryngeal carcinoma have poor sleep quality and more obvious anxiety and depression;sex, anxiety and depression, and sleep quality is closely related;sex, educational level and type of surgery is closely related to anxiety and depression.
