Abstract
Objective To understand the sleep quality, psychosomatic state and their relationship in hospitalized cancer patients. Methods The PSQI, SAS,SDS,STAI and SCL-90 were used to rate 88 hospitalized cancer patients. Results The total mean scores of PSQI for the cancer patient was 6.88± 4.08. The rate of PSQI≥8 was about 32.4%. The statistical significant differences of total mean score of PSQI were no found between sex(P0.05). There was close relationship between PSQI and SAS,SDS,SCL-90 (r=0.544,0.399,0.493,respectively;P0.01). Conclusion The subjective sleep quality of the patients with cancer was poor, and the some patients were with anxiety and depression symptoms. The sleep quality was related closely to anxiety and depression.
