Abstract
According to the comparative study on management patterns of school competitive sports between China and sports developed countries,the paper points out that as the social system and economic development are difference from them, we should be consider the force of social system and economic development when we study sports management system and patterns.According as principle of complementarity,we should be change government leading management patterns to social group leading manage patterns for school sports to achieve both complementarity. It should be the new direction for China's sports management mechanism and school competitive sports management patterns.This would make more social sports group into sports management,quickening sports socialization pace.
